When WIN Hunter opens, you will see the WIN Hunter root icon. Right click on the icon, and click OPEN HISTORY.
You will be presented with a Fileload dialogue box, select the drawing history of your choosing. If your history is not shown (which is VERY possible) then you can follow instructions at the bottom of the main page of this tutorial.
